The Ashanti Regional Police Command have captured a 41-year-old lady after somebody she professedly contracted to murder her business accomplice, tipped off the police. 

The suspect, Joyce Antwi, a dealer and inhabitant of Buokrom Estatae, Kumasi, was captured by police on Saturday, May 27. 

As per the police, the presume reached the indicated professional killer to slaughter her business accomplice who she owed GHc 99,000. 

Joyce Antwi got the said sum in October 2015 for the extension of her business, and guaranteed to pay back her obligation by April 2017. The casualty in April 27, moved toward the suspect and gave her a June 2017 due date to settle the sum. 

Ashanti Regional Police Commander, DCOP Ken Yeboah, who paraded the suspect before newsmen, said Joyce Antwi educated the assumed professional killer on the 23rd of May, to kill her business accomplice, offering a measure of GH¢5,000, of which she made an underlying installment of GH¢2,500.

"Joyce Antwi then requested that the complainant execute the employment toward the evening since the casualty's better half and kids will be out of the house." 

"On Friday, 26th of May, the suspect, Joyce Antwi, took the complainant to the place of the casualty at Buokrom Estate to demonstrate to him the house," DCOP Ken Yeboah expressed.
