Too Sad!! Nigerian Father Of Three Stabbed To Death In Canada

Nicholas Nwonye, a 46-year-old Nigerian, has been stabbed to death in Canada, in an assault portrayed by the police as "arbitrary and unmerited." 

As per Calgary Herald, a Canadian daily paper, the father of three was en route home when the "lethal" assault occurred. 

The occurrence happened on the westward stage of the City Hall LRT station in downtown Calgary 

He was allegedly wounded in the chest and abdomen "by a man he had never met". 

He was said to have as of late moved to Canada with his wife and three children from Nigeria, and was just four weeks into his nursing program. 

The suspect – Keeton Michel Gagnon – was apparently gotten by police when he endeavored to escape the scene and has been accused of second-degree murder. 

Friends depicted the deceased as  “a deeply spiritual man whose faith formed a large part of his life.”

“He was just such a treat to have there,” Rhonda Hersak, an instructor at Bow Valley College, where Nwonye was enrolled in the school’s practical nursing programme, was quoted to have said.

“[He was] a very kind, empathetic individual. He smiled all the time.”

“He had an impact. He had a really big impact in the classroom. He will be missed in the classroom. I know this for a fact,” he said
