NYSC Members To Plant 1 Million Trees In Kogi
The Kogi State Coordinator of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Mrs Ngozi Nwatarali, on Thursday said that corps individuals in the state were relied upon to plant one million trees this year.
She said this was a piece of activity by the Federal Government of planting one million trees in the state.
Nwatarali made the exposure at the banner off function and refinement exercise of "Plant One Million Tree" by the 2017 Batch "A" Stream 1 corps individuals and "would be" volunteers at the State Orientation Camp, Asaya, Kabba.
As indicated by her, the Federal Ministry of Environment as a team with the NYSC, is starting and executing the planting of "One Million Tree Concept", anticipated that would be successfully actualized by corps individuals in each condition of the league.
